Very personal experience, massage adjusted to needs and knowledgeable advice, one of the best sports massages I have ever experienced - thank you Carrie 🙏🏼

Carrie talked to me about what I needed from the massage. We discussed my activities any injuries or areas I felt needed to be addressed. It was an absolutely brilliant sports massage.

Lovely, clean room. Warm welcome put me at ease immediately. Excellent treatment. Would highly recommend

Wow this was my first cupping experience and although very intensive already feeling my neck and shoulder moving more freely. Combine that with some strong sports massage Carrie’s treatment was superb

Experience the soothing benefits of this innovative therapeutic treatment. Using specialized cups, gentle suction is created on the skin to effectively release tight muscles and enhance circulation.

This method encourages the body's natural healing processes, helping to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and relieve discomfort. Ideal for promoting recovery from physical activity or everyday stress, this therapy may leave temporary circular marks on the skin, which usually fade within a few days, sometimes longer depending on toxins present in the body. Discover a new level of relaxation and rejuvenation with cupping therapy.
