⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walk through the door, Carmel always makes me feel so welcome. Chanté has been looking after my hair and does such an amazing job, and Carmel is wonderful with my beauty treatments. What I love most is that it feels like visiting friends rather than going to an appointment. There’s always a laugh, a chat and that lovely feeling of being part of the Harlow & Co family. They truly go the extra mile to make you feel special and looked after. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, lovelies — you’re stuck with me! 😂❤️

Carmel is honestly amazing! I drive an hour to see her because I know I’m always going to have the best experience. She is warm, friendly and genuinely cares about her clients. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and you can tell she loves what she does. One thing I appreciate most is that she’s honest and never tries to upsell you treatments you don’t need. She always takes the time to listen and recommend what’s actually best for you. I couldn’t recommend Carmel enough but it’s also the way she makes you feel that keeps you coming back. I’m so glad I found her!
