Once again, this was a lovely experience. Allie was easy to talk to and asked if the water used during the hair wash was warm enough or if it was too hot. I really appreciated the hair wash as it was very soothing and pleasant. Allie then asked if I’d like my hair dried like the last time. That, l felt was a great question, and l was really taken with Allie knowing and remembering how my hair was dried ‘last time’.
