I made an appointment with Alice after finding the salon on line. The first time with a new hairdresser is always anxiety-provoking, but I need not have feared. Alice was very reassuring and her knowledge and experience, as well as her skill as a stylist worked wonders on my tired hair. I am extremely pleased to have found my new hairdresser!

Alice is very professional in her conduct. She always ensures I'm happy with my hair and willing to make changes if deemed necessary when its dried...and gives the best hair massage with every shampoo! At Lilys the person who attends to you gives professional service from when you first step through the door from hanging your coat, offering drinks and overseeing your appointment personally. They offer a very positive experience from start to finish and you are not kept waiting while others are attended to during your appointment. Great service.
