Appointments with Alana include time for questions and clear guidance, especially for clients exploring alternative hair, custom wigs, or hair extensions. Reviews also describe her creating a long bob from a growing-out pixie with extensions, alongside practical advice on hair care and maintenance.

Amanda and Alana were a fun duo and made the experience really enjoyable—easy-going vibes! They struck a perfect balance between conversation and relaxing quiet time, and did an amazing job transitioning my hair from red—a tricky process. My K-Tip extensions feel so comfortable and natural; I can't believe how perfectly they blend. Alana truly cares and invests time to ensure each strand is placed with precision. I would definitely recommend!
