A virtual provider appointment is required before we can process your refill. Please have your current medication information ready

Weight Loss Medication Refill – Virtual

After scheduling your consultation with We Care Infusions, you will receive a call from our Registered Nurse to review the next steps. You will then meet virtually with a licensed provider through Qualiphy for a required Good Faith Exam, which determines if you are a good candidate for medical weight loss treatment. During this visit, the provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and answer any questions.

Before your virtual exam, you must upload a valid photo ID to verify your identity and comply with telehealth regulations. Lab work may also be required based on your health history. Once approved, your prescription will be submitted, and medication will be shipped directly to your home or our office. Payment is collected at your appointment if seen in-office or sent via secure Square invoice if you are participating remotely. You’ll continue receiving support through weight check-ins, sample meal plans, and follow-up care throughout your journey.

Weight loss program consultation (MANDATORY FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS) Virtual

This option is designed for individuals who have already started their weight loss program and need a prescription refill. Your progress will be reviewed and your next round of medication ordered.

Tirzepatide is a prescription medication that promotes weight loss by improving blood sugar control, reducing appetite, and enhancing metabolic function.
