I've been for a few massages but I can honestly say never have I experienced one like I had from Julie today. Julie explained the massage to me , how and why it would help detox my body amd truthfully chatting away to a very like minded lady my head felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. An ancient therapy to balance the body naturally through the stimulation of reflex points located on the feet combined with foot massage techniques to create a deep state of relaxation and promote general wellbeing.
A reflexology session lasts 60 minutes in total which includes consultation and approximately 50 minutes nands-on.
DO NOT book this treatment:
- If you are pregnant (book Maternity Reflexology instead)
- If you have contagious skin conditions on your feet (for instance but not limited to Athelete's Foot)
