Remedial massage is a type of therapeutic bodywork that focuses on treating specific injuries, muscular pain, and physical dysfunctions. It involves the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain, and injury management. Unlike a relaxation massage, which is mainly for stress relief, remedial massage is targeted and often involves deeper pressure to reach underlying layers of muscle and fascia.
Remedial massage is particularly beneficial for individuals suffering from musculoskeletal pain, those recovering from injuries, or anyone looking to improve their physical function and prevent future injuries.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

If you want to try a new way of relaxing, a hot stone massage might be for you.  The stones used are volcanic rocks; basalt, in particular, is the popular option. The heat they release gets deep into the skin and the muscles, providing relaxation and relief from tension.

HOLISTIC RELAXING MASSAGE

An ancient therapy to balance the body naturally through the stimulation of reflex points located on the feet combined with foot massage techniques to create a deep state of relaxation and promote general wellbeing.
A reflexology session lasts 60 minutes in total which includes consultation and approximately 50 minutes nands-on.

Indian head massage is known to be very beneficial for several reasons. Head massage techniques involve a combination of different strokes, pressure points, and proper positioning. It has been a popular concept worldwide for hundreds of years and is still regarded as beneficial for overall well-being.
The main benefits include relief from fatigue, insomnia, stress, sinusitis, migraines, improved mental clarity, hair loss, scalp tension, and hair thinning.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Hopi ear candling, also known as thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative treatment that involves placing a hollow candle, usually made from cotton or linen soaked in beeswax, honey, or essential oils, into the ear canal. The candle is lit at one end while the other end is placed gently into the ear. The warmth and the supposed vacuum created by the burning candle are believed by practitioners to draw out impurities, such as earwax, debris, and toxins, from the ear canal. This treatment is named after the Hopi tribe, although there is no evidence that the Hopi people historically used this practice. The process typically involves the client lying on their side while the candle is inserted into the ear. The practitioner may cover the ear with a protective cloth or plate to catch any ash or debris from the burning candle. After the candle has burned down to a certain point, it is extinguished, and the ear canal is cleaned with a cotton swab.

HOPI EAR CANDLING

Kinesio/Rock taping, also known as Kinesiology/Rock taping, is a therapeutic technique that involves applying a special elastic adhesive tape to the skin to support muscles and joints, reduce pain, and promote healing without restricting movement. The tape, often referred to as Kinesio tape or KT tape, was developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase in the 1970s and has since become widely used in sports medicine, physical therapy, and rehabilitation.
Kinesio taping is a popular method in both sports and rehabilitation settings due to its ability to provide support, pain relief, and enhanced healing without limiting movement.
