Manu explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way during the piercing. Prior to the piercing she listened to my concerns and presented me with alternatives for aftercare since I was from out of town. Very professional Thank you Manu

Excellent service! Manu was very patient while I took forever to pick out my jewellery, managed to work with my other piercings which were set low and gave me a beautiful result! Thank you!

Alex gave my husband and I lots of helpful advice and information at our piercing re-check. He was polite, clear and obviously knowledgeable. He seemed like a very sweet person. We look forward to visiting again.
