Love my new haircut... Nikki was friendly, and chatty throughout. She made me feel at ease and did a wonderful job. I don't like busy hairdressers but this was a quiet, calm environment. Definitely suited to people who get anxiety in noisy places like me. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

It was our first time attending This is It and my 12 year old was a little nervous. But Pamela was really lovely, thoughtful with a cracking smile. She was kind, patient and very accommodating even though she had clearly had a very busy and full on day as her colleague was off sick. She had very gentle mannerisms and made my daughter feel comfortable, and we were really happy with her cut, restyle and blow dry! Thank you Pamela, my daughter is much happier with her hair!
