Shiatsu is a beautifully calming, balanced and healing style of bodywork.
Great for all imbalances from pain to emotional upheaval, acute and chronic issues or just to relax.
Keeping your body healthy is imperative to the quality of your life. Book yourself in for a session to help keep you in tip top shape.

90 mins Shiatsu Relaxation 

Realign and relax. 
These longer session give you a little extra space for deepening your experience. 

2 hour Shiatsu Heaven 

A 1-hour Shiatsu session is great for relaxation, and also for specific problems. 
These totally relaxing sessions will help align your energies and keep your body flowing pain free and mind aligned.

Shiatsu and Reiki both hail from Japan and are based on the knowing that everything is energy.
The theory behind Reiki is that Universal Qi is channelled into the body by the practitioner. Humans being the conduit between Heaven and Earth, we use Reiki to maintain an unobstructed flow and connection between these two opposite spaces.
Reiki is great for balancing the chakras, reducing pain and increasing a sense of wellbeing.
In many Reiki sessions, I often receive messages and images that may be helpful for healing and validation of emotions and experiences. On occasion, there have been journeys that include soul retrieval and past life visions.

Break free from old patterns of
thinking with this amazingly simple technique. 
Tapping is great for good mindset, balanced emotions,
cravings, pain and much more.

EFT 

Cupping is such an amazingly deep and calming treatment. Fire cups draw in the fascia and muscle layers, adding heat and removing constriction and stagnation, allowing blood flow and promoting healing. 
Moxibustion, being older than acupuncture, is an amazing technique using the herb Mugwort.
It is a pure Yang plant that promotes and nourishes the Blood, Qi and Body Fluids.
Super relaxing this is a beautiful and powerful session to experience.
