After booking, you’ll receive a Fresha confirmation email with the full address under “Important Information”.
Payment 💳
• Pay after your service
• No upfront fees unless late cancellation or no-shows
• Appointments outside normal hours require a $15 deposit to secure the booking.
Policies 📋
Cancellation ⏰
• 24 hours’ notice required
• Late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will require a $25 deposit before future bookings
• This deposit covers the missed appointment and does not go toward future services
• Repeated late cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments
Late Arrivals 🚶♂️
• 15-minute grace period
• Over 15 mins late without notice may result in cancellation
Clean Hair 💇♂️
• Please arrive with clean, dry hair
• No products (gel, wax, etc.)
• Appointment may be rescheduled if not followed
