This option will give you 45 minutes of Sauna Time in the larger communal Sauna. Best use of the time is 2 x 15 minute Rounds with a 10 minute cool off between round. Usually a quick dip in the ocean. Can also be 3 x 10 minute rounds with shorter breaks. Up to you how you use the time. This is a fantastic quick reset for the mind and body.  
REMEMBER TO BRING TWO TOWELS ( ONE TO SIT ON & ONE TO DRY OFF WITH ) AND SOME WATER TO STAY HYDRATED 

Sauna : 2 Rounds -The Quickie

This Sauna Session is exactly what the name implies … Perfection… this is in my opinion the right amount of time to do multiple rounds of Sauna and Cool off in the ocean to ensure your mind, your muscles and your nervous system go into deep relaxation and any stress simply dissolves. 75 Minutes that will ensure you get the best nights sleep. 

Perfection : 3 - 4 Round Sauna Session 

This package allows you to easily book two people at the same time. For the 40 minute quickie Session - 2 round Session

This option will give you 40 minutes of Sauna Time in the larger communal Sauna. Best use of the time is 2 x 15 minute Rounds with a 10 minute cool off between round.
