During your session you will have 50 minutes to utilise your own private infrared sauna room equipped with a shower, organic toiletries and an area to change. We also supply towels for the duration of your session. Please bring your own drink bottle with you to your session, you are welcome to fill this up using our filtered water tap with the option of complimentary electrolytes. 

Sweat (For One)

Bring a friend to sweat with! During your session you will have 50 minutes to utilise your own private infrared sauna room equipped with a shower, organic toiletries and an area to change. We also supply towels for the duration of your session.
