Stone Osteopaths takes an assessment-led approach, with the osteopath discussing medical history and symptoms before treatment. Adult follow-up appointments may include releasing knotted muscles and improving lower-body rotation, with exercises explained to support progress between visits.

Came highly recommended and it's obvious why. A thorough discussion of medical history to ascertain most appropriate treatment. My neck feels better than it has in absolutely ages.
