Therapeutic massage consists of soft tissue manipulation combined with stretching and passive range of motion with the purpose of pain relief, increased range of motion, and improved quality of life. An intake will be performed to assess the client's treatment goals and needs for each session.  The massage will be tailored to each client individually.

30 minute sessions are not intended to provide full body massage. Please book a longer session if you are interested in full body work.

This session is intended for very targeted work. Whether you are looking to maintain comfort in between receiving longer sessions or because something is causing you unexpected pain, this 15 minute session will focus on one specific area to help relieve symptoms. Signature Sessions

Nuad Boran, most widely known today as Thai Massage, is seen as a direct application of the Buddhist principle of ‘Metta’ – ‘loving kindness’. Consisting of a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches, and rhythmic massage, this practice effectively heals mind, body, and soul along with all of the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Elements of Yoga and Indian Ayurveda are combined with universal healing principles in order to harmonize and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. This “meditation in movement” is performed with the client comfortably clothed on a special Thai mat and can result in a profound release from deep mental, physical, and even emotional stress. Floor Thai Massage

Thai Massage

This 90 minute session utilizes the TMJ Massage Therapies® protocol, developed by Helen Baker, to address jaw pain and dysfunction. 

The session begins with a discussion of your symptoms and goals, followed by an assessment to identify factors contributing to TMJ discomfort. Treatment focuses on gentle myofascial release targeting the majority of the body through specific muscles and muscle groups, and includes gloved intraoral work to address the pterygoid and masseter muscles. The assessment is conducted fully clothed, while the treatment portion involves partial undressing to allow for optimal results. 

The session will conclude with a re-evaluation and discussion of self-care options and follow-up care to ensure continued progress.

This approach is designed to reduce pain, ease tension, and improve jaw function and mobility, with care tailored to your specific needs.

It is recommended that you schedule a follow up appointment within 2-3 weeks of your treatment.

TMJ Dysfunction Initial Assessment

Note: Follow up sessions should only be scheduled after receiving the initial 90 minute TMJ Dysfunction Assessment. 

In follow-up sessions, we’ll continue to address your specific TMJ concerns using the TMJ Massage Therapies® protocol. Each session starts with a brief reevaluation to assess progress, followed by myofascial release work aimed at reducing jaw tension and promoting relaxation. Focus will be on areas influencing jaw pain, including the jaw muscles (masseter and pterygoids), neck, and lower body (hips and feet). Intraoral work will be included unless the client declines.

Self care techniques and adjustments to your care plan will be discussed to help you actively participate in your healing. Sessions are tailored to promote pain relief, improved jaw mobility, and long term TMJ management.

Sessions can be fully or partially undressed. 

Treatment every 2-3 weeks is recommended for maintenance care.

TMJ Dysfunction 60 Minute Follow Up

Note: Follow up sessions should only be scheduled after receiving the initial 90 minute TMJ Dysfunction Assessment. 

*These sessions are extended to include the passive hip stretch series.*

TMJ Dysfunction 90 Minute Follow Up

TMJ Dysfunction Therapy

Prenatal massage has been shown to help alleviate back and hip pain, symptoms of carpal tunnel, swelling, difficulty sleeping, anxiety and stress, and overall discomfort. With proper training and the use of assistive pillows and bolsters, prenatal massage can be safe at all stages of pregnancy. 
This session will consist of an intake to assess the needs of the pregnant client. Special positioning and proper equipment allows for the massage to include hands on soft tissue manipulation, practitioner-assisted stretching, and relaxation techniques. Belly work is also available in these sessions for any clients who wish to receive it.

Prenatal Massage

Massage has been shown to be beneficial in children and adolescents for a variety of conditions including attention disorders, psychological problems, gastrointestinal problems, motor tone disorders, pain syndromes, and chronic illnesses. A thorough intake will be performed for each client, the level of undress will be entirely up to the comfort of each client, and a parent or guardian is required to be in the room during the treatment session. 

Pediatric massage is intended for any person under the age of 18 years old and requires a waiver to be signed by a parent or guardian.

Pediatric Massage

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, ancient healing technique that uses the practitioner's hands to manipulate energy flow in the body and promote relaxation and stress reduction. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning life energy.

These sessions may include chakra boosting, tuning forks, sound healing, energy clearing and cleansing, Reiki, and other healing modalities. These sessions are performed by a certified Reiki Master who has been practicing and studying energetic healings for over 15 years.

60 Minute Reiki

Cord cutting sessions, also known as cord cutting rituals or meditations, are a way to release toxic cords of attachment to people, places, objects, beliefs, or past lives. The goal is to set an intention that you no longer want to be negatively affected by the entity, while still allowing a physical bond to exist. Some say that regular cord cutting practice can lead to feelings of peace, support, happiness, and health.

This session may include entity removals, healing for attachments, and etheric body repairs. Depending on the extent of the attachment or cord, multiple sessions may be needed. 

These sessions can be intense and may trigger extreme emotional responses. This offering is performed by a certified Reiki Master who has been practicing and studying energetic healings for over 15 years. 

Cord Cutting

Sound healing with tuning forks, also known as tuning fork therapy, is a gentle but powerful technique that uses the vibrations of musical instruments to treat the body and mind. The therapy is rooted in Eastern medicine and is said to help restore balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

This session is performed fully clothed and by a certified Sound Healing practitioner.
