Each session begins with a brief discussion of your specific needs and goals, an overview of the session, and an explanation of what you can expect from the experience. You will then be invited to lie down on your back on a comfortable treatment table, fully clothed, and relax. Once you are settled, the Reiki session will begin, supported by gentle music designed to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

Your comfort and well-being are paramount, and your role is simply to surrender to the experience and let it unfold. Following the session, there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience and questions detail.

In-person Reiki

A longer first-time Reiki session for all new clients. Includes a full-body energy scan, healing, and intro to Reiki. Space to ask questions, set intentions, and ease into your healing journey.

Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive healing from the convenience of your own home or any other place of your choosing. If you struggle for time or prefer the comfort of your own space, distant healing session is a great option to consider. Though it may sound unusual and even hard to imagine at first, there's no physical touch required; it's entirely up to your comfort level and trust in the process. 

You will receive a step-by-step guide to prepare yourself and your healing space, including an optional guided audio with soothing music and relaxation steps. We’ll begin with a brief discussion of your specific needs, an overview of the session, and what you can expect from the experience. You will then lie down on your back with your eyes closed as I send Reiki toward your space, energy field, and areas needing cleansing, balance and healing.

We’ll reconnect at the end of the session to discuss your experience in detail and address any questions you may have.

Distant Reiki

Standard Distant Session is conducted via audio or video call. (Facetime/WhatsApp)

A silent session is conducted entirely via messaging (WhatsApp/SMS). 
An ideal option for those who may be anxious, tired, mentally drained or for any other personal reason.
