Mobile massage therapy is available to all suburbs within a 25 km radius of the city ($15 extra for suburbs 26-50 km from the Perth CBD). I am an accredited remedial massage therapist with the Massage Association of Australia, fully insured, with current first aid and CPR certification, a working with children check, and federal police clearance. Please note that private health fund rebates do not generally apply for mobile massage therapy, though AustUnity and CBHS Health do. Mobile service not available for clients in hotels.

Mobile massage - Remedial/Relaxation: 1 Hour

Massage Therapy

I will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up, ready for you to have a relaxing, 45 minute treatment, usually performed in side-lying position supported by bolsters. Ideally performed during your second trimester, and early third. Please ensure you have your health care provider's clearance prior to commencing massage therapy, particularly if it is considered a high-risk pregnancy.

Mobile massage - Prenatal Massage

I'll arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your massage to set up, then provide you with the ideal opportunity to relax while your new bub is having a sleep (mine only ever slept about 45 minutes with each nap during the day!). Release the tension in your neck, shoulders, back and hips.
Extra-extra time is blocked off after your appointment, in case you need to get up to resettle your baby. The upper body component can also be done in a seated position if your baby isn't able to settle.

Mobile massage - Post Natal Massage

Pre & Post Natal Massage

I'll arrive 10-15 minutes prior your appointment to set up and prepare for the remedial/ relaxation massages for you and your partner/ friend/ housemate - 1 hour each, back to back. Make sure you both fill in the form emailed to you!

 It starts with a mindfulness exercise, then moves into a series of hand placements over your head and body. You remain fully clothed, and can either lay down or be seated. It can be tailored to suit you and your needs. 
Gentle, calming touch therapy to promote peace and wellbeing.
