Held within a nurturing, sensory space, this treatment focuses on the belly, the rivers of lymph and fluid pathways of the body.

Working in rhythmic dialogue with your inner waters, we encourage the fluid systems to awaken: filtering, excreting, and replenishing themselves anew. This movement of renewal nourishes vitality, uplifts energy, and restores your natural shine.

LYMPHATIC RESTORATIVE WOMENS MASSAGE 

WOMENS MASSAGE

A deeply relaxing and therapeutic practice that focuses on massaging the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, and face. Stimulating vital energy (prana), restores deep balance and releases stored tension 
This is a physical and energetically releasing ritualistic session.
Known to bring relief for those who experience anxiety, tension headaches, TMJ (jaw) pain, neck discomfort and stress related body symptoms while shifting into an oozing, soft, calm embodied state. Using intuitive and specific movements from firm-light pressure, fast-slow pace where needed to achieve the significant shift. 
Facial massage helps achieve a healthier complexion, aids with lymphatic drainage, defines and aligns facial posture. Involves a gentle cleanse using a botanical blend, nourishing oils +gua sha tool and face cups.
A deep scalp massage and oiling ritual is applied to every inch of the head, this supports healthy hair.

- You will receive a 10 minute personalised video based on our conversations and in person experience together providing you will instructions and the specific approach to support you intimately
- An easy to watch and practice 30 minute video. 
- Q and A support via whatsapp message or voice notes
- The practice will include tuning in, warm up, kriya, meditation and mantra selected for you
