This is a physical and energetically releasing ritualistic session.
Known to bring relief for those who experience anxiety, tension headaches, TMJ (jaw) pain, neck discomfort and stress related body symptoms while shifting into an oozing, soft, calm embodied state. Using intuitive and specific movements from firm-light pressure, fast-slow pace where needed to achieve the significant shift. 
Facial massage helps achieve a healthier complexion, aids with lymphatic drainage, defines and aligns facial posture. Involves a gentle cleanse using a botanical blend, nourishing oils +gua sha tool and face cups.
A deep scalp massage and oiling ritual is applied to every inch of the head, this supports healthy hair.
