This restorative treatment combines long slow remedial massage & acupressure to promote a profound sense of deep relaxation. 

Acu-Relaxation Remedial

This supportive treatment is designed to enhance your Lymphatic System’s ability to flush excess fluid, reduce the build up of metabolic waste and balance you energetically using Acupressure. 

Using a combination of fast and slow rhythmic strokes these motions are intended to help reduce bloating and leave you feeling lighter. The treatment has a focus on pumping important lymph nodes to enhance lymph gland processing of lymph fluid. To create greater ease of lymph flow Myofascial Cupping is commonly used in this treatment. 

By integrating Acupressure to work on meridians (channels) that correlate with specific organs, we encourage flow of ‘chi’ (energy) through these pathways. This helps to support metabolic and lymphatic function. Acupressure is a powerfully supportive modality that enhances this treatment helping to connect you back to your body. This facilitates feelings of vitality, clarity and grounding.

Energetic Balance

An outcome focused treatment that seeks to reduce pain, improve postural imbalances, lengthen restricted soft tissue, break down adhesions and stabilise muscular imbalances. 

This treatment includes movement and postural assessment to understand your pain or movement restriction.  

It consists of a Sports Massage that is gentle in nature combined with targeted techniques specific to your pain/movement restriction.  

Mobility and Stability exercise guidance is provided to enhance the desired outcome of this treatment. 

Different parts of this treatment may require clothing and movement on and off the table. Loose fitting sportswear is recommended.

For best results Myofascial Cupping or Dry Needling is recommended (but not necessary).

Remedial Clinical

This is a remedially focused treatment combining the Remedial Clinical and Acu-Relaxation Remedial. 
This treatment is designed to work on your aches and pains, alleviating headaches, easing sticky necks, working on those knots behind the shoulder blades, softening tension in the lower back and loosening tight hips. 
This treatment incorporates joint mobilisations, fascial massage, myofascial releases and Acupressure. Address your physical pain and revitalise yourself energetically.
