Cant recommend Keri enough. She is highly skilled and so knowledgeable. She is so friendly and puts you at ease straight away. She is more than happy to give you lots of advice and tips. I suffer alot with shoulder/back pain and always feel so much better after a sports massage.

Being an athlete herself, Keri has the added ability to understand any worries you may have about your aches and pains. She is sensitive to your needs and explains everything in an understandable way. She can also give you added homework, in the way of stretches and mobility exercises to aid in the healing process.

Amazing that it’s a mobile service so good that it can be done on the comfort of your own home, Keri was very informative about everything she was doing during my massage. Back feels great and definitely got a better night sleep after it.

Another excellent massage and cupping session with Keri! The focus was mainly on my upper body, particularly around the lats, with a flush through of the legs too. It was great to chat during the session, and I slept so well afterwards. I would highly recommend booking a session and experiencing it for yourself. My training load has been lighter recently and I felt the benefit. I’d recommend Keri to anyone—whether you train regularly or not to release tension.
