Late arrivals can disrupt our schedule, which is why we kindly implement a late fee policy. If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will apply. If your arrival is 20 minutes late, the fee increases to $30. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure everyone receives the best service possible.

To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the requested service is required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot and helps us prepare for your visit.
