Catherine's studio is a fully-equiped Pilates space located just off Logan Road in Mt Gravatt. She specializes in personalized movement sessions, perfect for people dealing with injuries or health issues, or working towards high performance goals. Private and duo sessions run throughout the week with a handful of group (max. 4 to a class) semi-private sessions by request. Virtual private sessions by zoom are also available. Catherine also works part-time with the professional dancers of Queensland Ballet and is a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach with a Working with Children check.
