Kerrie is a Remedial Massage Therapist, Clinical Pilates and Postural Stability Instructor with over 18 years in clinical and community settings. She has worked with the general public and also in specialised areas such as neurological physiotherapy. Kerrie is passionate about assisting and empowering her clients out of pain. She is an expert in providing individually tailored postural exercise advice to suit you and your lifestyle. Her treatments are a mixture of sport massage and remedial massage techniques (such as Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release and Trigger Point Therapy).
