If you're a first time client who hasn't visited before- this is the booking option for you! This longer appointment allows the therapist adequate time to discuss your pre- treatment consultation, clarify aim and focus of treatment, address any queries and establish any adaptations needed for safe treatment without compromising treatment time. 

1st Appointment + Consultation

A massage treatment utilising the therapeutic properties of essential oils to help support the mind and body. A bespoke oil blend will be used during massage to suits your needs whether it's to de-stress, reduce anxiety, improve quality of sleep or help relieve symptoms of medical conditions.   

Clinical Aromatherapy Massage

A holistic, non-invasive treatment derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine that applies pressure to specific points on the feet/hands that correspond with structures in the body. Advanced techniques such as Meridian work can be applied to further enhance treatment and regulate energy pathways. This treatment encourages re-balance and homeostasis in the body, can be tailored for individual needs and used alongside conventional medical care.   

Clinical Reflexology

A specialist massage using heated basalt stones to promote relaxation, reduce feelings of stress and ease muscle tension   

Hot Stones Massage

This type of massage utilises heated bamboo canes where the therapist uses different sized canes and techniques dependant on your body type; the desired treatment aim and the areas of focus. Bamboo massage promotes deep tissue work and stretching of tight muscles.  

Warm Bamboo Massage

An adapted massage approach that aims to relax the body and mind, alleviate achy muscles and many other common symptoms of pregnancy such as swelling, joint pain and poor sleep. 

Pregnancy Massage

A shorter massage session aimed to work on a specific area of concern such as lower back/ neck and shoulders/ legs or arms. Ideal for general maintenance post treatment programme or for those who require a shorter massage time.    

Targeted Massage

Not quite decided what treatment to go for or fancy combining treatments? This option will allow you to decide on the day. Need a bit of guidance on what would best suit your needs? Your therapist will listen to what you want to achieve from treatment and offer expertise on what treatment approach would best suit you.

This extended option allows for an additional treatment time on any of the already listed services. Ideal for more concentrated full body massages or your therapist can tailor this treatment time to best suit your needs.
