I enjoy providing Trigger Point and Myofascial Release techniques. During covid I completed a Medical Massage course online whilst working 5 years+ in a chiropractic environment. Hence, I have a fair understanding of various presentations. In the past 10 years I completed Graduate certificates in Positive Psychology and Gerontology.
