A personalised massage shaped around what your body needs on the day. We’ll begin with a short consultation, followed by 60 minutes of hands-on treatment using relaxing and deeper techniques, with time afterwards to rest, breathe and ease back into your day.

Please give yourself approximately 1 hour 25 minutes in total.

Massage 60 Minutes Hands on Treatment 

A personalised massage shaped around what your body needs on the day. We’ll begin with a short consultation to understand how you’re feeling, followed by 30 minutes of focused hands-on treatment using relaxing and deeper techniques. 
You’ll also have a little time afterwards to pause, breathe and ease back into your day.
Please give yourself approximately 50 minutes

Massage 30 Minutes Hands On Treatment 

A personalised massage shaped around what your body needs on the day. 
We’ll take time beforehand to understand how you’re feeling and where you’d like to focus, followed by 90 minutes of hands-on treatment using a blend of flowing, relaxing and deeper techniques. With plenty of time to work at an unhurried pace, you’ll also have space afterwards to rest, breathe and slowly return to your day.

Approximately 1 hour 50 minutes in total.

Massage 90 Minutes Hands on Treatment 

A gentle, calming Reiki session designed to create space to pause, switch off and reconnect with yourself. We’ll take a little time beforehand to talk about how you’re feeling, followed by 30 minutes of Reiki in a quiet, restful setting. You’ll have a little time afterwards to gently come round and take a moment before heading back into your day.

Approximately 45 minutes in total.

Reiki 30 Minutes

A deeply calming Reiki session designed to create space to pause, switch off and reconnect with yourself. We’ll take a little time beforehand to talk about how you’re feeling, followed by 60 minutes of Reiki in a quiet, restful setting. There’s no need to rush afterwards, you’ll have time to gently come round, reflect and ease back into your day.

Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes in total.

Reiki 60 Minutes

A supportive, body led coaching session to help you slow down, tune into what you’re experiencing and explore what you need. We’ll use conversation alongside gentle somatic practices to notice what’s happening in your body, understand your responses and create space for new ways forward.
