Vanessa is always extremely friendly and wonderful at what she does. Lumi as always clean and beautifully decorated. All of the staff that I have dealt with there have been amazing. Definitely recommend.

Vanessa was very helpful and knew just what I wanted and needed to feel comfortable and look amazing. Thanks Lydia for allowing me to use one of your rooms to get ready for a dinner afterwards.
