I’ve been seeing Tess for a few years now, she’s helped me manage by body whilst competing at the highest level of my sport. I trust Tess with my body & she takes genuine care in my wellness and trying to help me stay at my best. During the years I’ve had two surgeries, and I’ve come back earlier than expected than both with the help of Tess!

I’ve been seeing massage therapists for over 20 years because of ongoing hip issues and recurring sciatica, so I’ve experienced many different therapists over the years. I’m so glad I found Tess – she really is a gem. Her knowledge of the body, care and passion for what she does are unmatched. She really listens, takes the time to understand what is going on and genuinely cares about helping you feel better long term. After 20+ years of seeing different therapists, I know when I’ve found someone exceptional. I couldn’t recommend Tess highly enough!
