I am glad that Tamzin confirmed with me that I was not a suitable candidate for lash lift & fill. Disappointing that she applied tint to my lashes but not offered to do my eyebrows. Todays bill was considerably higher than I expected, the lashes were removed & lash tint applied, all in all it was very expensive lash tint.

Hi Leanne, after you arrived 15 minutes late with a coffee and lunch in hand, you left us with a considerable amount to do in such a short time. As Tamzin advised, your lash health was extremely damaged (this was your first time with us so damage from previous technician), and having had a lash lift would have damaged the integrity even further. Now in saying that, when you arrive late, this leaves us no time to “offer” to add on brows. We managed to dye your eyelashes out of good will. Our price point reflects our standards, and unfortunately from the state of your natural lashes, this has not been something you’ve had prioritised previously. It is extremely disappointing seeing such a low review with so many variables at today’s appointment that happened to land in your court. Please note, when you have a lash removal, this costs product and time, and is most certainly not a free service, especially considering you’ve not had your lash extensions applied by us.
