Eyelash lift was great! Super natural but with added flair. Great service. Chin threading was so-so. Missed a couple spots - not a thorough job sadly :(

I am a regular at this place and the Services given by Sulata (my usual lady) was great as expected. However, I'm not happy in today's session because one of her colleagues just opened the door right in the middle of my waxing session without even knocking. Unfortunately, their bed was placed in a way that one's legs is nearer the door. Strangely, that room does not have a lock, nor a signage outside that says whether it's occupied. I reported this to the receptionist who apologized on behalf of the salon. I hope their management will do something so that this won't happen to other customers.

While we are delighted to hear that Sulata maintained her usual high standard of service, we are deeply sorry for the interruption you experienced. Please rest assured that we take this matter very seriously. We will immediately review our current protocols and take corrective action: Enhancing Room Privacy: We will look into installing locks or effective signage on treatment room doors to ensure client privacy. Also We will reinforce the importance of respecting client space by emphasizing the necessity of knocking before entering any occupied room.
