The session typically begins with soothing movements to relax and warm up the muscles, followed by targeted pressure to release tension in key areas such as the back, shoulders, legs, and arms, but also including the hands and feet. Finishing off with an extremely relaxing head and face massage. This massage improves circulation, reduces muscle stiffness, promotes relaxation, and enhances overall well-being. It also helps relieve stress, improve sleep quality, and boost energy levels, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

For many, the upper body holds physical stress from their daily routine, workouts, or everyday posture challenges.  This back and shoulder massage  focuses on relieving tension and stress in the upper body, targeting  the neck, shoulders, and upper back. I use a combination of gentle strokes and deeper pressured techniques, using the hands, forearms and albows where necessary to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This treatment can help to reduce stress, alleviate headaches, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being

Using a combination of deep, slow, and rhythmic pressure or friction, this technique targets specific areas with a much deeper pressure than other massage techniques. Deep Tissue Massage is for clients who wish to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain and stiffness in major muscle groups.
