Clients appreciate the attention to detail that Sophia brings to every appointment, whether it's a haircut or full colour. Many highlight her ability to transform their hair with techniques like balayage and her thorough consultations, ensuring the results align with their expectations. The relaxing experience, including a head massage during shampooing, adds to the overall satisfaction of visitors.
