Massage was good however music in room didnt work. As a group we of course had different therapists but the consistency of service was lacking. Only domestic of us were offered robes and slippers. No facility for showere after pool or massage which is strange if you open to public, not just guests. Pool and Spa water cold. Wouldn't go again, good massage but lacking in facilities and too many inconsistencies in service

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your massage, but we're sorry that other aspects of your visit were disappointing. We apologise for the music issue caused by a technical fault. Regarding the robes, these are normally provided for treatments only, as indicated in our treatment rooms. Unfortunately, there was some confusion among our therapists, resulting in an inconsistent experience for your group. We're sorry for the misunderstanding. Our pool is maintained at approximately 25°C, with showers available outside the pool area. Unfortunately, due to weekend bookings, we weren't able to offer access to the showers within the spa treatment area. We understand this should have been communicated more clearly when your booking was made. We understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. We'll use it to improve our communication and consistency of service. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Kind Regards, IOMI Spa Tea

Prudence and Sarah were amazing!!! My husband and I had our yearly “Relax Well (Couple's Package)” at IOMI Spa, and it never fails to leave us feeling completely relaxed and recharged. The treatments were wonderful, and Prudence and Sarah were both so warm, attentive and professional. Such a beautiful way to switch off and spend quality time together. We always leave feeling like new! Thank you, IOMI Spa… already looking forward to next year!

All staff were very friendly, professional and skilled. All three in our party greatly enjoyed their treatments and it was nice to be able to enjoy the pool and steam room prior to our packages.
