I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years in the Topsail Island and Wilmington area. I have been trained deep tissue, Swedish massage, Thai yoga massage, cupping, Lomi Lomi massage, among other modalities over the last 20 years. I also have a 200 hr YTT that also helps with understanding the body and how it moves. I combine these modalities to create a style to fit each client’s needs.

Sara Jo’s massage sessions are tailored to what each body needs, with reviewers describing focused work on sore spots, recurring neck and shoulder tension, and pregnancy-related aches. Her Signature Massage can include hot stones and aromatherapy, and clients also mention feeling comfortable throughout their session.

She is so amazing. Every time I come I am so relaxed. When I leave this woman uses hot stones. She uses steamed towels. She whips out all the bells and whistles and make sure that your body feels relaxed and rejuvenated and I am so thankful I found her.
