Foot reflexology is a therapeutic practice rooted in the belief that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, reflexology helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, improve circulation, & restore balance.

This holistic therapy is known to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support overall wellbeing. It can also help alleviate symptoms such as headaches, digestive discomfort, and hormonal imbalances. Beyond its physical benefits, reflexology offers a calming, grounding experience, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Reflexology benefits many people in a variety of ways. Just some of the reasons you might want to experience this wonderful treatment are below:

Chronic pain
Menopause
Fertility
Sciatic Pain
Digestive issues
UTI’s
Migraines
Stress anxiety and trauma release
Palliative Care

Reflexology & Energy Healing

A deeply restorative back, neck, shoulder, arm & head treatment

This indulgent 45-minute ritual is designed to melt tension from the places that hold the weight of your world.

Deeply calming for your nervous system as it is gently guided out of “doing” and into deep, nourishing rest. Slow, rhythmic massage soothes the back, neck, shoulders and arms — releasing built-up stress, emotional load and physical tightness — before flowing seamlessly into a blissful head, face and jaw sequence.

This is where the magic truly deepens.

Tension stored in the scalp, temples, jaw and facial muscles is gently softened using delicious lifting, draining and pressure-point techniques. The breath naturally deepens, the mind quietens, and the body remembers how to rest.

Perfect for:
• Busy minds
• Shoulder & neck tension
• Jaw clenching & headaches
• Emotional fatigue
• Burnout, stress & nervous-system overload

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer — and beautifully re-connected to your body.

Full Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system, supporting natural detoxification, reducing fluid retention and restoring balance. Using light, precise techniques, this deeply relaxing therapy encourages the movement of excess fluid and waste, helping to reduce inflammation, ease bloating and support immune function.

As circulation improves, clients often notice visible benefits including reduced puffiness, improved skin tone and a lighter, more sculpted feeling — achieved through restoring flow rather than force.

Ideal for stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, post-travel swelling, recovery support and overall wellbeing. This treatment works in harmony with the nervous system, leaving you feeling calm, lighter and deeply restored.

For optimal results, a course of 3–6 weekly sessions is often recommended, allowing the body time to rebalance and integrate changes gently.

Full Body Lymphatic Drainage
