She understood exactly what I wanted! Since I had long hair, she confirmed how much I wanted trimmed before cutting. She also made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle and careful throughout the appointment. I really appreciated her attention to detail, and I’m so happy with the result! I had such a great experience with roby! She gave me an amazing haircut and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted.
