Must be booked with a Massage. Cupping therapy is an form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts suction cups on your skin using movement as well as leaving the cup for a few minutes.  Benefits include helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cups can leave marks that look like bruises but they are not painful.
The cupping will be included in your massage session.

Expect slow, detailed deep tissue techniques combined with advanced tools and modalities such as cupping, gua sha (scraping tools), Thai-inspired stretches, and resisted PNF stretching. For enhanced recovery, sessions may also include cooling CryoDerm gel to soothe sore or inflamed areas.
Best for athletes, active individuals, or anyone dealing with long-standing tightness and tension. 
Not recommended as a first massage.

Lymphatic Full Body Detox 1.5 Hour

When your body feels tight, sore, or out of balance, this effective massage helps restore comfort and mobility. Using several techniques—such as stretching, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy—your therapist targets acute areas and chronic tension with medium to firm pressure.

Each session includes doTERRA aromatherapy and may also incorporate warm stones, light cupping, or soothing warm towels for deeper relief. 

We recommend adding Dry- brushing, Sound bath, Hydrating facial foot or hand masks.
