10/10 Raluca is very professional. She treats her customers with kindness and cares about what they need. It's clear that she wants to help us. Raluca was patient with me, and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, I've seen hair go away after just one session.

I'm on my 5th session of laser hair removal for my upper lip and already seeing a real difference — my hair is noticeably thinner and barely there than when I started. I'd tried laser elsewhere before (7 sessions with no change, and it was painful), so I was skeptical. Here, I noticed results as early as my 2nd session, and the treatment itself is painless. Raluca was excellent — she explained exactly what to expect from the sessions before we started, which made me feel confident and comfortable. Thank you, Raluca, you are actually killing them all 😄 Really happy!
