Poppy Cetin

My hair is fully bleached blonde, I came to do the roots. The colour of my hair was quite yellow. And because the roots had grown out so much, I was worried the color might end up looking patchy. However, Poppy worked on my hair today, and the color turned out perfect—I’m absolutely in love with it! She did an incredible job. I also have to mention how wonderful and polite the assistants are; the hair wash was so good and relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. The overall atmosphere is beautiful, and the music is great. Thank you so much! I highly recommend the Pop West Norwood salon

I honestly couldn’t recommend Poppy enough! Poppy makes me feel so comfortable and at ease, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered and so happy with my hair. She’s brilliant at what she does and creates such a lovely, relaxing experience. She really listens and understands exactly what you want, her attention to detail is amazing! Every appointment feels like a little bit of me-time, and as a mum, that is such a treat. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to switch off, relax and read my book without feeling the need to make conversation, which is always accepted !

I’ve been coming to see Poppy at Pop ever since the salon opened here in West Norwood. Poppy is always warm and professional, doing great work and taking good care of her clients. More than that, though, she is a proper human being, mentoring junior colleagues and running an ethical salon. She and her colleagues are a huge asset to this community, and I highly recommend Pop.
