My treatments are based around finding fascial hooks in your system and releasing them. The hooks are formed from postures, stess, trauma and injury. I use mfr techniques along with some deep body awarness to give you tools to bring to your everyday life. I'm a qualified body worker in massage, clasical pilates and yoga with a keen interetsed in reflexology and currently studying pschotherapy

I have had 4 myofacial release massages with Nina and I can honestly say that she is truly gifted , so intuitive and professional. When I leave the studio after the massage I always feel amazing she is the best massage therapist I have ever had treatment from without a doubt I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
