As a licensed massage therapist, it is my goal to help restore balance and movement with intuitive touch. For many years now I’ve dedicated my learning to all things, movement and freedom in the human body. Massage is just one of the tools I carry. I am also a certified Adhesion release therapy provider, I am trained in PNF stretching and a long time yoga teacher.
