Usually, my experience here is amazing, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. My nails were not buffed, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted them buffed or polished for a shiny finish. I would have appreciated being given the option, especially considering the quality of service I have come to expect.

Nancy is GREAT! I get regular mani/pedis and have difficult nails to polish because they require rolling my fingers to see and cover the whole nail. Nancy gives perfectly polished nails- no missed edges and no polish on my cuticles. In addition, my regular mani/pedi lasts 5-7 days. On top of all that, she gives a GREAT back massage. Kudos to Nancy!
