I went in feeling stressed, sore and tired, but left completely rejuvenated! Mila was really attentive and asked lots of questions about what I wanted and particular pain points. In particular she focused on my tight shoulders and back and have felt much less pain since. The 90 minutes went so quickly and I’ll definitely be back!
