Words can’t describe it . Just go and be in the moment Be real be you be open you’ll thank yourself later . You need to feel to heal and sometimes that one thing missing is Michelle who guides you and gives you the tools to unravel the best version not only of yourself but life . My experience with Michelle is nothing but the amazing experience ever. I felt safe and not judged when feeling so vulnerable. I would love for others to experience the importance of starting your healing journey. I highly recommend Michelle at A Thousand Paths.

I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Michelle from A Thousand Paths - she is the most wonderful & amazing human. I have only had a handful of breath work sessions with her so far and I can honestly say it has been the most empowering thing I have ever done in my entire life and I truely feel that I have already come leaps and bounds from her guidance in only a short amount of time. Thank you Michelle for facilitating this beautiful journey inwards, I cannot put into words how immensely grateful I am of you for holding the space for me.
