Melissa was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, she was thorough, professional and showed exceptional attention to detail. The whole experience felt genuinely personalised, and I felt completely looked after throughout. She clearly thinks about every part of the process, making the experience feel calm, considered and special. I’m already looking forward to going back for another piercing! I’ve recommended Melissa to several friends and family members and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Absolutely brilliant!
