Sessions with Justine can include guided breathwork, Reiki or aromatherapy therapeutic massage, with time to talk through the experience afterwards. Reviews describe her explaining the breathing cycle clearly and using massage oils chosen with care; some also mention cupping alongside massage for sciatica.
