A visit with Jonathan starts with a thorough injury assessment: he listens to your account, explains what he finds in clear terms and agrees a plan with you. His appointments can include deep tissue massage, tailored rehab exercises and follow-up advice to support recovery and help prevent further injuries.

First time meeting Jonathan, received a deep tissue massage after listing my back complaints due to work. Very polite and professional and up for a good chat! Would definitely recommend, will definitely be back!

Jonathan is friendly but professional and puts you at your ease straight away. By listening to my explanations and asking further questions, Jonathan quickly determined the problem and explained it to me in words I could understand. He then used massage and acupuncture to begin to treat my injury. Since visiting he has provided me with an exercise routine to follow and advice to alleviate my problem. Well worth the visit.
