Really appreciate that no matter how half formed my ideas are Jess always listens well (& is soooooo patient 😇 ), gives great advice & turns them into exactly the style I wanted 💇 Her skill & experience are clear in her work & she very easy to chat to & run ideas by without feeling awkward or embarrassed She takes great care with what she does & regularly checks back I’m happy with how it is going so we never end up with any disasters Very highly recommended ! I have not been in a salon for over 20 years and was nervous, Jess was absolutely amazing, she made me feel comfortable and my hair looks better than it has done for years. I will 100% be returning.
