I've been seeing Jess at Brighton Beauty Therapy, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jess is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and explains everything clearly, making each appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My experience with Jess was absolutely WONFERFUL Jess was professional, friendly and caring. At times due to my Parkinson’s, I can feel awkward and burdensome. Nothing was a problem for Jess. I left the salon feeling happy and special.
